Our Cloud services are housed in the ISO 27001 (ICT Security management) certified tier-3 Data Centre. With the resilience of the facility and our investment in redundant systems, we offer full n+1 redundancy to services hosted by us.
We continue to expand and invest in the underlying network, server, storage, security and connectivity infrastructure so that our customers don't have to: In this way organisations choosing to use us no longer have to bear capital investment in their own computing equipment, which would quickly age and become obsolete.
Our approach to SLA conformance, Service Management and Support is underpinned by our adherence to ITIL and ISO standards and is exhibited by a dedicated Network Operations Centre (NOC) support team. We will be audited to ISO 20000 (ICT Service Management) in February 2012 and to ISO 27001 (ICT Security Management) in the 3rd Qtr of 2012.
As a registered RIPE member for 7 years, TCS controls 19,000 Public IP addresses, which are available to route across the Internet. This means we can provide direct public access into our private Cloud for services that need to be published across the Internet.
In Qtr 1, 2012, we will have added a second Data Centre to our infrastructure, allowing us to replicate customers' entire systems to this second facility. This will give additional flexibility and assurance to customers who wish to put their entire computing infrastructure in the Cloud.
